From 4 to 6pm, Chef Jim Sapia will be pairing our 2016 Santa Cruz Mountains Dolcetto with Wild Mushroom and Arugula Panini.
Dolcetto, which translates to “sweet little thing” in English, pairs beautifully with the earthy components of wild mushrooms, and the peppery flavors of arugula.
